  I went to the store today ( 2nd. October ) to look at Sat Navs. I was helped by a member of staff and narrowed it down to two. I came back to the store about two hours later to buy my preferred sat Nav. The person I had seen earlier was dealing with another customer and also had someone else waiting for her. There didnt seem to be anyone else able to help me. I decided not to wait and will now order the sat Nav online from Amazon. This was not the employees fault. She was very helpful. What is quite apparent is that the store is under staffed but dont take my word for it. I suggest a member of staff goes and visits the store without making any prior announcement. I think this will bear out what I have said.
