Extremely bad and unhelpful customer service. The lady dealing with my request to replace 3 batteries that I had bought the day before which could not be tested except by cutting them from their packs refused to replace them, not did the pharmacist. They would not accept reason and simply said they could not be resold since the packs had been opened! But they were flat and therefore could NOT be resold! The batteries when tested showed 2.2v not 3v. They clearly do not appreciate the value in maintaining good customer relations. The £6.09 mis-spent is not the point and I have now written to the manufactured of the batteries as well as complaining to NHS choices.
