- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Worst customer service ever. Every time I go there theres no hello and when you ask help they pretend you are not even there!! Been going there for years but after today will never return. My payment card was declined and after talking to my bank they said its not my card but fault in ann summers payment system. When I told that to the guy who was serving me he tried to argue with me and make it out its still my card what is faulty. He was so rude and basically told me he wont serve me unless I dnt pay by cash. Im still in shock!! They just lost one of they good customer!!By Admin, October 07, 2017
